Your entry is confirmed once both the application and the entry fee payment are complete. - Entry fee: 50,000 KRW per doubles team (25,000 KRW per player) - Bank transfer: KakaoBank 3333-36-8821299 (account holder: Park Chanyoung) - Please write both players' names together as the depositor name. - **A DUPR ID is required — you enter it when signing up.** Both players need one for results to be submitted to DUPR. Create yours before registration opens. A DUPR account is free, and an ID is issued even without a rating (NR). - When a division is full, new entries are placed on the waitlist. - Division sizes may change if divisions are merged after the deadline. - Exact match times are announced after the draw.
Refund policy
Cancellations within the official entry period are fully refunded; no refunds afterwards. Refunds are processed in one batch after October 16. Refund requests and inquiries: KakaoTalk open chat 「경기오픈피클볼」 (1:1 chat).
